Pulaski County Agribusiness Grant

Growing farms. Adding value. Strengthening local agriculture.

Every harvest is the result of thoughtful investment. Cultivate helps Pulaski County's farm and food businesses grow, diversify, and create more value close to home. Cultivate is an initiative of the Pulaski County Economic Development Authority (EDA), administered by Pulaski County Small Business Solutions. The program supports projects that encourage:

  • Value-added agriculture

  • Vertical integration

  • Business diversification

  • Long-term sustainability.

Whether you’re expanding production, investing in processeing equipment, developing a value-added product, or creating new marketing opportunities, Cultivate helps businesses make investments that strengthen both your operation and Pulaski County’s robust agricultural economy. Funding of up to $15,000 is available for eligible projects that demonstrate meaningful business impact and align with the program's goals.

Every project begins with a conversation. Before applying, businesses meet with Pulaski County Small Business Solutions to discuss their project, determine eligibility, and ensure it aligns with the goals of the Cultivate initiative.

Eligible applicants must be located in Pulaski County and demonstrate a commitment to value-added agriculture, vertical integration, or other projects that strengthen the local farm and food economy.
